We help from the evaluation of the company form till the set up for your administration work!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Stockwerkeigentum? Rent?
We set up the annual accounting, heating and utility bill, representation to the outside, handling tenant change, renovations, performing the GV (Stockwerkeigentum) and much more. We are happy to offer you the service you require.
TAX RETURN
Set up of tax returns for legal entities, partnerships and private individuals, negotiation with authorities, control of the assessment decision.
BOOK KEEPING / VAT
We carry out your bookkeeping on time and prepare your VAT invoice, advising you on the optimal processing of the documents for efficient processing.
Payroll Service
We set up the payroll for you and withholding tax statements, wage statements, wage declarations. We carry your personal dossier, we also support you in contracting or in legal matters.
AUDIT
We are happy to do a review for you. For a limited revision, we work together with a partner company. We help with the preparation of the documents for the revision.
DOMICILATION
You wish to domicil your company? We analyze and advise whether a possibility / meaningfulness would be given and make corresponding clarifications and mediate offers.
